    We all know the Internet has been around for a fair old while but do you know when the first ever domain name was registered and what it was? Internet.com? 1.com? Sex.com?

    Nope, nope and nope, it is of course Symbolics.com! Symbolics was a computer manufacturer from back in the day and they obviously had some very forward thinking employees. They registered this domain in March 1985 and you can see the details in their who-is entry here.
