    We are happy to have on board Dining Chairs UK, one of the UK’s leading online furniture companies. Dining Chairs UK came to us with a simple request; we want our phone to ring twice as much as they do at present?

    We relish challenges like this! We also know the furniture market is a competitive one so we decided that a series of phases was needed to ensure we get the best results. Phase 1  was to develop a series of mini-websites (10 to be exact) that all targeted different keywords. For example the Leather Tub Chairs website is optimised to rank for leather tub chairs. We repeated this process for other keywords like Chesterfield Sofas and Mango Furniture. The strategy behind this is for each website to rank on the first page of Google for their target terms. This is only the beginining as we know it will be tough to budge top competitors such as Furniture Choice off the top spot.

    The mini-sites were set live just before the Christmas break. So far the signs are looking promising. Already a handful of the sites have reached page 1 & 2 for their target terms. With more link building effort we should see all of these sites achieve first page rankings by the end of January 2010.
